Linux still lost the <a href="http://www.zdnet.com/pcweek/stories/news/0,4153,1015266,00.html">shoot-out</a> when PC Week retried the infamous Mindcraft "study" funded by Microsoft. Some of the performance bottlenecks are already being fixed. In the long run, Linux will only benefit from public tests like these.
